Installation

1. Download and unzip the file
2. Put the theme into your “/wp-content/themes/” folder
3. Log in into your WordPress control panel
4. Click the Presentation tab
5. Select the “Blubs” screenshot

you guys should make a few repairs on the theme.

1. input fields in comments.php can’t be seen corectly on lcd monitors. I’ve got professional lcd monitors and they display all collors, the problem is with luminosity, so use collors over #eee it’s just like trying to stare at a ligth bulb when it’s in the sun.

2. the top navigation doesen’t work corectly when i take my mouse over the main hover / activate elment (that displays the list) the list disapears. This is a small java script error. You can easily corect it. Had my troubles with this when i started out with js.

The overall theme looks great. Its superb. Clean, nice colors, and really clean and nice graphics. You could have made the quotes bigger and the code wrapped in something. But it’s ok. On a scale from 1 (bad) to 10 (perfect) i give you a 9.

Note i also work with wordpress a lot, and i am qualified to give you that mark. All the best, hope you guys repair those minor mistakes.

I don’t see search input box (on the right: looking for something?) in Internet Explorer, in Firefox everything is ok. Can you check this?

We have just checked the theme. It can display properly on both Firefox and Internet Explorer 7.0. However, it seems like the search bar cannot display properly on Internet Explorer 6.0. We will have a look into this and solve it as soon as possible.

Hi I was about to buy your WP theme… but before that i was going through all your pages & noticed a few points which I would like to point out & have them rectified by you.

1. On the homepage - the search section at the top right goes missing in IE

2. Categories under “About” link are not displayed in IE

3. “About” page: The search section is distorted in FF & in IE the search section goes missing again

4. “Elements Examples” link: The search section is distorted in FF & in IE the search section goes missing again + the patch is distorted

5. “Example Images” link: In IE the search section goes missing again

Fix these & you have a ready buyer :)

As for the IE6 bug, it only need simple fixes. You just need to add this syntax:

position: relative;

into #sidebar on screen.css file

so the complete syntax will be:

#sidebar {
float: left;
width: 320px;
margin: -60px 0 0 -320px;
font-size: .9em;
position: relative;
background: url(’imgs/bg-sidebar.gif’) no-repeat 0 0;
}

The theme is only compatible with WP2.5+. We strongly recommend you upgrade your WordPress to 2.5+. :)

Hi there,

I bought the theme and it’s very nice….but there is a problem with IE8 where the footer goes on to the top of the page.

Thanks for the fast reply….i have one more question which is about the limit post plugin, i activated the plugin and changed:

to

the_content_limit(1000, “more”)

as the plugin advice but when imy post is more than 1000 characters it works fine and i get correctly the link: … more , but when my post is less than 1000 characters i get this link: Read More →

I would also like to include pictures for example if have a picture on the top left of the post to be appeared in the frontpage/blog.

Please advice

I’m on Firefox 2.0.0.14 and the top section of the right column seems to be shifted an arbitrary number of pixels to the left for each demo page.

I see you guys, still haven’t corected the navigation error. The one where you hover over ABOUT and want to go to ARCHIVE and it disappears. Well here’s the CSS repari:

#nav ul li a:link, #nav ul li a:visited
{
color:#666666;
display:block;
float:left;
font-weight:bold;
margin:-1px 0pt 1px;
padding:8px 23px 7px 20px;
text-transform:uppercase;
}

just replace the #nav ul li a:link, #nav ul li a:visited with the above code.
