CollabPress WordPress Plugin adds project and task management functionality to your WordPress blog. You can easily create projects and tasks for each project from now on.
The main features includes 1) Unlimited project and task creation, 2) Email notifications when new tasks are created, 3) Assign due dates to tasks and 4) Uses built-in WordPress user accounts. It works with WordPress and WordPress MU 2.9.1.

I installed it and gave it a try. I think this will be a very useful plugin as it develops. I am unable to use the plug-in for my current project due to the inability to edit and comment on tasks. Once that capability exists I am going all in.
