Most cPanel solutions provide the one-click install of WordPress but they also provide a lot of other functionality as well. With there being TONS of free tutorials and training for cPanel, it's fairly easy for someone to get up and running. The other thing I always look for in a hosting company is their support. For me, I find comfort in being able to call someone up, ask questions and get help.
