Expression engine has a horrific learning curve compared to any other product of the same type.

Someone else said expression engine is for skilled people – i disagree, the people who will get the most out of it are people who could write their own CMS or Blog script anyway.

Avoid it if you arent a programmer.

I am using Expression Engine core and I am pretty satisfied. I think it’s better than Wordpress. It has a beautiful templating system and it’s easy to use. You should try it too.

I definitely love Expression Engine, is fast and offer a lot of features to build completely customized websites.

I’ve adopted this solution in most of my works and I’m pretty happy.

Although I use Wordpress too, expecially in building blogs. It’s repository of plugins, themes and “out of the box” functionalities are outstanding, and so it is his user-friendly interface.

Expression engine is for “skilled people”, wordpress is for almost everyone.

I’ve tried ExpressionEngine, and it wasn’t my thing.
But one of my favorite blogs uses ExpressionEngine.

Good service.
